Business ethics are defined as ethical and moral principles that, ideally, form a part of business practices. There was this employee who used to work for a publishing house. One day he came and complained to his supervisor about the air conditioner. He straight away told he will quit the job because the air conditioning in his room was not up to the mark and was making him sick.

The supervisor surveyed his room and did not find anything wrong about the air conditioning but still he acted fairly and informed the safety director. After all the tests on the air conditioning in that room, it was concluded that there was nothing wrong as such to be complained about and the employee was just making a fuss about it.

Thus the employee's complain was unjustified and the supervisor took actions against the employee. The employee wasted the time and effort of not just his but also his fellow workers.
